An international perspective
Early business trips took him from Europe to Asia and then onto Africa and then the Middle East. Working across different markets and cultures broadened his perspective and helped build the international relationships that remain central to his work.
Chapter 03
A connection with the Middle East
In 2001, Will organised international sales exhibitions for UK property in the Middle East. He moved to Dubai in 2004, and the city remains his base for work and family life.

Away from work, Will’s time is divided between three places. His connection with each comes as much from the landscape and the people as from real estate.

Golf
Dubai has been home since 2004. An early round before the heat arrives is a fixture of the week, and the course has begun more than a few lasting friendships.

Skiing
Winter in the Alps, for the mountains as much as for the skiing. The quiet at altitude is a deliberate counterweight to the pace of the working year.

Countryside
Where the career began. Open moorland and long walks remain the antidote to city life, and a reason the UK is never far from mind.
